Three days of live coaching, experimentation, training, and discussion with people actively developing the Constraints-Led Approach in Jiu-Jitsu.
No lectures. No slides. Only live application.
This isn't an introductory CLA seminar. It's an opportunity to get in the room with coaches and athletes actively applying the methodology, test ideas together, solve problems, train, and leave with things you can immediately bring back to your own academy.
Run real coaching situations on the mats and get feedback from other coaches.
Break down training and competition footage and turn observations into practical coaching decisions.
Train with athletes and coaches who are actively exploring CLA.
Bring games, constraints, problems, and concepts you're currently working through and experiment with them together.

Exact schedule to be announced.

Led by head coach Greg Souders, Standard Jiu-Jitsu in Rockville, Maryland is built around an ecological, constraints-led approach to coaching. Every class is shaped by representative games, live problem-solving, and athlete-driven discovery.
Through GrapplingU and Greg's Skool community, Standard already connects hundreds of coaches and athletes studying CLA online.
The CLA Summit brings that community into one room, on the mats, to work through the real problems of applying CLA together.
